We’d approached a business network and large bank for a quotation for a similar document and advice but were not happy with the response. Tania came recommended by a family friend.
Our workload had increased recently, and we were looking to bring someone into the business that could work as part of the time on a part time basis. We were very conscious of recent legislation and employment tribunal cases involving self-employed workers and wanted to be sure that the person we were bringing in was coming into the business knowing that they aren’t an employee but were self-employed and wanted to ensure that we had a good agreement.
Tania kindly gave us an initial consultation over the telephone and we followed up by emails, ensuring that all requirements for the contract were fully discussed. Tania was happy to answer numerous questions over several phone calls and emails to ensure we understood the contents of the document.
Tania understood exactly what we were looking to achieve, and we believe that her experience of working in our industry enabled her to identify the pitfalls and concerns that we were having.
