Absolutely brilliant experience! Welcomed warmly, very professional staff, no long wait time, and such a gorgeous office. I went to Rizwan to get a second opinion of a potentially very serious issue with my left eye which was discovered recently at a different opticians. I was able to book the appointment and be seen within the week. Rizwan spent a lot of extra time (beyond the allotted appointment time) examining the images of the back of my eye, and explaining exactly what was happening, ensuring I fully understood, and what to look out for in the future. I left the appointment feeling very satisfied that I understood what was happening, which ultimately put my mind at rest as I had been very concerned prior to the appointment. Thanks Rizwan

Long overdue review of the excellent Tetbury Specsavers..
I have had an ongoing eye issue for a few years now, which had escalated in recent time ..luckily for me Tetbury Specsavers recently opened, and from the off the staff have been more than helpful, polite, friendly & accommodating to my issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Riz the head consultant who is someone who clearly knows his stuff, but never baffles you with jargon - He explains things simply, and helps paint an easy to understand picture that has allowed myself to strike up a very good comforting & friendly patient/consultant relationship.
My eye was a genuine personal concern when I first attended my first appointment with Specsavers & Riz ..But due to all the high-end help, medical prescriptions, referrals etc over the last 6-8 months or so ..I am now a lot more confident that some resolution will happen with it. And that is all thanks to the great staff, and the excellent Riz.

The staff at the Stroud branch were wonderful.
Lovely smiles to greet you at the door always professional and very patient with the senior citizens. Do not rush customers in choosing from the selection of glasses.
The location is so much better and people are a lot more relaxed and friendly.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They broke a pair of my glasses after a wrong prescription was given sadly this took over 2 months to sort out, not the staffs fault in the store but there technicians behind the scenes.
