I had booked Spencer Graham coaches for a pickup from the strain station for my sister's hen and back 2 days later.

The house that we had booked cancelled our booking and we struggled to get somewhere in the vicinity to the property we had booked to accommodate the amount of people going.

This meant we had to cancel, all be it, still with plenty of notice.

They were very helpful and understanding and would highly recommend.

Myself and a group of 10 disabled people were left stranded outside Carlisle by dvsa due to an insurance problem. I called over 10 places until I got the owner of spencer Graham coaches and wow what a guy!!! He arranged taxis for us from Carlisle Station to one of his coaches which was leaving for Edinburgh by luck ? us being from aberdeen the trip home from Edinburgh was easier than from Carlisle. The kindness and humanity the owner and his staff gave us was incredible and I would a thousand percent recommend this company!
See you guys soon at spencer Graham coaches we definitely will be coming back ?
