My debt was recently transferred. Since doing so, I have been hounded for an income and expenditure form, and when I forwarded one was met with an accusative tone.

From the beginning I've been clear and outright with what I feel I can afford to pay - but this, apparently is not enough.

To be honest, they are the lowest of all my debts and the worst to deal with so far.

Harassment is the only word fit to describe this agency. I had been given a charge of which I was not aware of despite several emails proving I had nothing to do with the payment they still accused me instead of speaking to their client. I told them they’re affecting my mental health to which they responded how so. They want me to pay for an apartment I never saw let alone stepped in and had the audacity to say I lived there for 3 months ( a lie ) on top of this they did not even have a signature of mine on the contract. I understand there a business and have clients but this isn’t a mob that gets money from people for no reason and I’m not sure they understand that.

Unfortunately these weren't for me, I was the one to pay a university debt back. As far as debt collection agencies go, this company were kind to me. Every agent I spoke to was always polite, knowledgeable and understanding. I know no one wants a debt collection agency involvement hence some of the poor feedback, but they've always been easy to communicate with from my personal experiences. £3000 nearly settled now, with an easy monthly direct debit for the past few years.

Had a letter regarding money I owe to Lavazza. Lavazza didn't have the decency to leave a message to call back about a payment issue. Spoke to someone on the phone who tried his utmost to twist my words to suit a narrative that I should pay. Didn't listen to a word I was saying. Terrible!
