This coach should not be in service. Reg SP57CNC
Caught this bus from Edinburgh to Ferry Toll on 04/0917 @ 11.35am.The whole bus was shuddering and the top panel of the front windscreen was so loose we thought it was going to fall off. In my experience this vehicle would not pass an MOT test and was not fit for purpose. The driver would need some headache pills at the end of his shift.
Come on Stagecoach you can do better than that?

Disgraceful company! Absolutely dreadful… I pay £120 monthly to regularly be let down by buses being cancelled with absolutely zero advance notice. Buses are constantly breaking down, arriving late with no prior information. Half their buses must have chocolate engines…

According to their twitter feed half their fleet must be unroadworthy.

I have complained to customer services numerous times, and told my complaints will be responded to. This NEVER Happens… I have even raised a complaint with the travel ombudsman, and was told that Stagecoach hasn’t even responded to their questions within the allocated time that they’re duty bound to do so.

Who’s gonna refund me for the continuing missed hours at my work? Having to use all of my holidays/annual leave to make up my wages during this cost of living crisis, and being hauled over the coals in disciplinary proceedings due to poor timekeeping, and the obvious knock-on effect this has on one’s mental health.

What other businesses would get away with charging customers for a service that they’re obviously completely unable and willing to provide to the customer?

Stagecoach won’t even consider any compensation!

This whole company must be run and managed by incompetent cretins!

Please, please avoid at all costs!

Stagecoach East Scotland provided excellent service. The buses where clean often with modern amenities such as charging ports and free WiFi. The drivers were professional, friendly and very helpful at guiding me on my journey. The East Scotland Mega Rider 7 day pass allowed me to travel everywhere I wanted to go at an extremely fair price. The only issue was at times the bus service did not run as late as I would have liked.

The 73/73A bus service is the worst in Tayside. Buses do not run to schedule and thats if they turn up.
People can wait up to an hour for a bus. Appointments being missed due to the atrocious service.

I pay 100 pound per month for an atrocious and unreliable service. Buses are never on time and sometimes they don't even show up.

My job is in jeopardy because I'm always late.

Just shocking.
