I would highly recommend Tom Graham at Stan Sherlocks.
I was initially told by a different morgage broker, which I was advised to see through my estate agent, that I would never get a morgage with my circumstances and to try again in 2 years after half an hour.

My experience has been nothing short of excellent.
I'd come of the back of 1 troublesome purchase in 2023 because of pendantic lenders and messy relationship with another mortgage broker, and then a failed purchase because of an extremely difficult lender and same broker being completely incompetent.

So with some trepidation, I enaged with Stan Sherlock for our next attempt not really expecting much difference but to my complete surprise it was nothing but smooth sailing
