Returning from working in Europe as a language teacher I needed to get my UK tax affairs sorted out. I recieved concise advice regarding my pension after taking early retirement at age 55. Steedman and Company have taken me through the procedure step by step and alleviated some of my anxieties over my tax returns. I'm very happy with everything to do with how my tax return has been handled (both my personal return and business return). I would describe Steedman & Company as Professional, Thorough, Concise & Friendly. I haven't really worked with other accountants before (especially not business accountants) but I like the way Steedman & company feels rather like a small family-like business itself, which makes me feel that there is a team of people there who know who I am, know what my business is, and genuinely want to help, rather than seeing me just as a client ID number.

I contacted the company by phone as I use to be a client with them a couple of years ago and had a good experience. The receptionist instructed me to fill out the form on their web site. I filled out the form on their web site and no one has contacted me. Not exactly confidence inspiring.
