Brilliant service- from pick up to collection I was so impressed with how fast and smooth the process was. Car looks brand new, even the smallest details. Communication throughout was fantastic- I was updated at every step and it’s much appreciated. Everyone I dealt with was great- knew their stuff. Would recommend 10/10

Going through an insurance claim is always stressful, however my experience with Steer Sherburn was the complete opposite. The door to door service meant i didn’t need to take time off work to deliver my car and the company maintained regular contact giving updates on repairs, meaning i didn’t have chase them. All work was completed in the timeframe given and to a high standard. Fantastic service would highly recommended.

My vw caddy went in for repair after an accident. It was taken to Steer sherburn to be repaired. Emily was very prompt with updates on the progress of the repair right up until collection day. I collected the van very pleased with the service and quality of repair. Very simple and efficient service. Will definitely use again if needed

I highly recommend using Steer services they are reliable and efficient. Emily communicated brilliantly with me where she rang me about any updates on my car over the few weeks they had it, and also kept me up to date on when it was likely to be delivered back to my house. The finished repairs and entire service were excellent, I didn’t need to worry about a thing under Steer’s care!!

Stay clear of this company!!! My vehicle went in for repairs on the passenger side. They created more damage ‘repairing’ than what it initially went in for.
My vehicle was returned with additional paint work damages, my door now doesn’t open on the first attempt and my controls on the drivers side to the passenger window no longer works. They are refusing to fix the damages they have caused after a year waiting for a part they ordered that didn’t fix it they are now saying it’s not their problem. Appalling service from start to finish.

My vehicle went in for repair following another car doing a hit and run in a car park. My vehicle was returned from this garage with identical scratches (passenger and driver side) to the bottom panel. The manager of the garage is mitigating liability and claims the scratches were there prior. Given the identical nature of each scratch on both sides of the vehicle after the car has been elevated for fixing, in my view, this is something they have done. My car is an 18 month old BMW and has been maintained to an extremely high standard. To say I'm disappointed in their response and lack of customer care would be an understatement. If you've already booked in here through your insurance then take lots of photos when you drop the car off so they can't do the same to you.
