I have attended many team retreats but this was by far the best. Having Stephanie run the retreat allowed the business owner to also be a part of the team activities. This was a major change to any other team retreat I have attended. I feel this enabled all of us (including the business owner) to be more honest and open and played a large part in building on our natural cohesiveness. The activities were a mix of serious and fun but all served the underlying purpose of assisting us to understand each other better, clarifying and understanding the business goals moving forward, and building our team based mentality. I highly recommend Stephanie’s methods and expertise to other business owners. I am looking forward to our next one!

Stephanie is an excellent facilitator and business coach. I had the opportunity to recently work with her on a retreat for a group of our volunteers. She was a great partner in the pre-planning process and provided good guidance and support as we strategized how to make the retreat impactful. Her energy and insights were excellent, and participants learned more about their communication styles and how to be more effective when interacting with others.

When I was referred to Stephanie by a friend of mine I was excited and yet apprehensive. My concerns were a bit overwhelming. When we got on the zoom call Stephanie said she appreciated my willingness to be vulnerable. Which had a calming effect on me, I felt like she understood how difficult it is to share and be transparent. Over the years I have been able to make money but managing the money and my time were qualities that I needed help with. I understood the premise of what I needed to do, but lacked the ability/ willingness to implement the solutions. She helped me come up with ideas to get back on track and not just survive, but to thrive and grow. Her patience and willingness to hear what I had to say and gently guide me to a plan of action were comforting. When she asked me what was my take away at the end of our session my reply was “Hope”. Just for today I have hope that if I implement the strategies we have discussed and am willing to do the work, in time things things will get better. I am very grateful for her kindness and wisdom.
