Steven spent an intensive hour with me at my home, clearing up all the problems and issues that had arisen when I bought a new laptop and switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11. One small step for a number, one giant leap in complexity! The operating system, its programs (aka ‘apps’) and its many menus have changed beyond recognition. Not least was the unwelcome intrusion of OneDrive and the Cloud, which Steven quickly evaporated. While motorhoming, this will save me a small fortune in internet costs by not sending all my data slowly off into space. When I want precious text, music and pictures backed up or available to share, I can once again do it myself here on earth, thanks to Steven.

Steve is a personable skilled man who arrived on time. He understood my quite simple issue with an elderly computer running Windows 7 and provided a solution with ease. Other issues were discussed and hints and tips provided. I have had PC's for over 20 years and I am reasonably competent with their use. Steve provides that extra level of knowledge without fuss but with skilled knowledge. If you have a PC problem call Steve, he will be able to provide an answer. He can provide a diagnosis over the Internet if needed.
I would have complete confidence in using him again when the need arises. I recommend his service without reservation.

I have a very large specification gaming lap top.
My computer started running very slow after a windows update.
I stupidly tried to restore it but in doing so I lost all drivers and the laptop was totally blank.
Having read all reviews I had a slice of luck in selecting Steve Aspin to repair it.
He got it fully working by contacting the maker MSI to send back up drives
He delivered it back to me fully restored and back to new .At a very reasonable cost
At last I've found someone who completely lives up to his 5 star reviews.
Any future computer problems I will return to Steve and I cannot recommend him enough.
