Been calling for 3 and half hours and no one is picking up it's now 3pm on Friday 29th Nov this is disgusting yet if I dint pay today they will take me to court and cause major issues it's disgusting 3 hours and still no answer on their phones

The worst company ever rude obnoxious try and explain how much you can afford but they're not interested they just want most of your money and they want to know everything about you? They keep ringing you or sending emails ect until you have to pay and leave your self with not to live on and the government let's these companies ruining people's lives no wonder there's such a high rate of suicide

The government don't want to deal with the poor , so they employ loan sharks to hurt us , they are extremely rich off the backs the poor , I'm a working man that struggles to pay my bills now , it's absolutely disgusting how they make money out of good Scottish people , we have had it bad everything has gone up , absolutely everything , shame on the Scottish government letting us down by employing sharks to get it last penny , giving them the right to put a charge on charges so u will never pay it of , if I could give these sharks no stars I would , we need to fight against this ,stop holding the people who are poor at random , I bet they're sitting in there home in there 200,000 proud gaffs , with an amazing income and have never felt the pain of , having to deal with this pain we are feeling , pay or this pay or that , and the Scottish government done this to all of us employing them , god bless all the many people having to keep a roof above there heads , I feel the pain , shame on sterling park ,

Absolute conmen. Chasing me for Council tax “debt” from 2013/2014 even though East Ayrshire Council have photos of property unoccupied, no bathroom, no toilet, no kitchen. It’s taken council 9 years to decide to pursue me and say that the exemption that I applied for at the time was never actually confirmed by them. Contacted council and Stirling Park many times over this to be told it has to be paid. Absolute parasites the lot of them. Asked for a breakdown of exact figures and still waiting. If I have to pay this I will be paying in 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 coins, filming it and posting it all over social media.

Stirling Park chasing me for outstanding council tax debt (due to house sale) that wasn't mine. Sheriff officers sent out to my door, explained to them. Not interested. Contacted Council. Managed to sort this out with Council. My account adjusted and was actually in Credit. Explained to Stirling Park, but they still want the cost of sending sheriff officers to my door and want £81. Hahaha. What a Joke of A Company !! Phone advisor didn't even have correct details when I spoke with her. Rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't listen to anything, just want your money.

Officer ewan mclaughlin was rude and unprofessional, he went to the debters address then proceeded to go round to my house, he changed the address on the notice from her address to my address then took it upon himself to come to my address and speak with nieghbours before trying to contact me at my address, and spoke with nieghbours and told the nieghbour how much was owed and that they had been trying to get hold of her for months....I understand they have to ask questions and make enquiries but I wasn't aware they could openly discuss your personal business.. even the nieghbour commented and said it felt like an interrogation and that the gentleman was particularly rude to her... absolutely disgusted, unaware as to how they appear at my door when it's not my debt and baffled as to why they would then openly discuss personal matters, these people need trained properly!

These people will lie and cheat you out of money. Record every detail as they are an evil bunch. And its "just doing my job" . Which regime are famous for saying that?
