Fantastic service from Martin and Carla at the Looe office!
After being on the market for a while with other local agents we changed to Stratton Creber who sold our house on the first viewing!!

Amy Rowe has been absolutely incredible during our house purchase. We have only ever been at one address for 33 years in the West Midlands and decided it was time to move, and we have been looking for our forever home on line for several months, via the usual apps and made a number of visits to Looe in Cornwall, but unable to find exactly what we were looking for. Therefore we decided to visit Stratton Creber in Looe and met with Martin & Lauren and discussed our requirements and gave them the brief, after a couple of intail viewings they quickly identified what we were looking for and found our forever dream home. Through out the entire process Lauren & Martin were brilliant they kept us updated, dealt with any queries efficiently, they were very friendly, professional & an absolute credit to the company & estate agents in general. Lauren & Martin at Stratton Creber are a fantastic Estate Agent, I wish more companies had there work ethics. We are the typical difficult client with a much too smaller budget with a much too long wish list. They listen, they keep you updated and hopefully they will find our unicorn property. We purchased a house in Looe with Martin and Carla . They were both excellent throughout the whole process . The vendor was particularly difficult and without Martins patience , negotiating skills and professionalism we would have pulled out of the sale ( we did at one stage ) . Result was we ended up with the home of our dreams. I would say theirs was the best experience of an estate agent ever, and we’ve used a few !!! You enter as a customer and leave as a friend .
