Excellent Property letting agency in Dundee. Keeps you hassle free and make things easier for letting. Letting process was so easy and communications has been excellent. If you want professional letting agency who cares about customer service and want their customers to have best experience then I would highly and only recommend Struan Baptie agency in Dundee. One of the standout aspects of their service has been their quick responses to our queries, even outside of regular office hours and on bank holidays.

When we moved into the house, we were very impressed with the standard and condition of the property. Although we encountered a few small maintenance issues upon moving in, these were resolved promptly after we reported them. A representative from the letting agency followed up with us in person to ensure that everything was taken care of, which we greatly appreciated.

Overall, we highly recommend this letting agent to anyone looking to rent in the Dundee area. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is fantastic.

After viewing the property and registering an interest, there appeared to be a mix up and was told someone else had been put forward for the referencing.
Following day had a call from Michelle to ask if i was still interested as the person wasn't suitable
Michelle advised me what i needed to do which i did the next day (payslips, bank statements etc) and sent all in an email.
As Michelle was on leave i called the office and dealt with Fran who was absolutely amazing and within 2 days i was accepted as the new tenant. So all in all everything went smoothly and nothing was too much bother and i would definitely recommend Struan Baptie

Over all good support from staff & quick responses via email from staff. Felt let down on move in day because no one knew who provided the heating & electric & staff were telling me that it was a top up meter when it was in fact a smart meter - staff should be more knowledgable on this before moving people in because instead of moving furniture I spent hours on the phone sorting it when my previous energy company. It had stated in the inventory report that the flat had been cleaned to a professional standard however this couldn’t be further from the truth, years worth of grease and grime had to be cleaned by myself on move in day from the top of the kitchen cupboards, inside and the underside, floors hadn’t been swept because there was sandpaper dust all over every floor. The only difference of being cleaned I could see was that there was a toilet air freshener on the rim of the toilet. This was very disappointing & scrubbing the flat on move in day was not my plan. Unsure what cleaning company they use but I would not recommend. The staff at Struan Baptie however are all friendly & supportive.
