Structural Surveys UK has undertaken three surveys on three different houses for us. We have been very happy with their thorough, detailed and informative reports. They have identified many areas of concern not usually noticed by the untrained eye. Their reports have been key in our being able to make informed decisions about properties we are acquiring and has allowed us to adjust the price offered accordingly or has stopped us from investing further in the property. The service has been great for us and we usually get the finished report one week after the survey has been conducted.
