I am a former S&S customer. S&S seem to view the customer as working for S&S and not the other way around.
While I understand this is largly a matter of who you get from them, our experance wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

As a professional business and technology consultant working with S&S has been a refreshing experience, being able to delight our clients using a pragmatic approach to solving strategic business problems where many of the typical management consultancies had taken a much slower and *very* costly approach. During times of confusion and uncertainty S&S have provided me a fantastic access to a network of brilliant individuals who are not just interested in the “next gig” but take pride and provide actual support to its associates. I have used the S&S network myself of a couple of times when I encountered difficulties with 3rd party vendors or partners in different industry verticals.

I have witnessed how S&S go above and beyond to provide an excellent service to clients, being extremely focused on business outcomes and managing relationships in a way that the client sees S&S as a strategic partner rather than just another “point and shoot” short term engagement.

All I can say one word about S&S is they awesome. Lovely place to work with. Management always cares about consultants and look after very well. They often connect with consultants to get their general feedback. I strongly recommend working with a change society (S&S).

I've been an S&S associate for a while, and I still have mixed feelings; that's why I gave only three stars. We had a very rough start and an unforeseen change with horrible timing in our agreement that affected me seriously.

We need to rebuild that trust again, and then I can recommend S&S again and give them the five stars they deserve.

Sullivan and Stanley are a great outfit to work with. They have a wide breadth of clients across a range of sectors. I have been working with them as a lead associate for more than a year and it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. They are a credible and more progressive alternative to traditional management consultancies. They live and breath their values and they genuinely only deal with the top 5% of talent so clients are never given a B team after pre-sales.
