We took-over a Sunuser system when we moved into our new property, not knowing a lot about it. We received a letter from Sunuser informing us that at the 5 year service was due so made an appointment over the 'phone with a very helpful and pleasant person.
Richard, the engineer arrived on time and worked efficiently on the service, which unfortunately identified a couple of replacement parts that were needed. We agreed to the work and appreciated his showing us the defective parts.
Richard explained the system to us and was most pleasant and helpful throughout. Many thanks

Sunuser's engineer arrived promptly and was here for about 45 minutes servicing our solar energy hot water system and going up into the roof. He found one small part ( a stop cock) that needed replacing at an extra cost just in case there was a small leak after the work he had carried out.

Have had Sunuser solar thermal panels on roof for years now and been really delighte with how well they work, how much they can heat even on dull days.
I get a 5 year service and found Sunuser staff very helpful and efficient
I have had regular maintenance check- though rarely been any issue
From my experience over many years, I can strongly recommend Sunuser. They have been installing solar panels for over 40 years and I am told the first ones installed are still working well.

Richard the engineer was very helpful and walked me through the process and kept me informed of the service and work he would complete.

My hot water solar system is I think about 20 yrs old. I bought the house 12 yrs ago. They have worked beautifully all this time. Just had a 5 yr service and the engineer was polite and knew what he was doing, answered all my questions and was done within the hour. He told me nothing needs replacing. These panels and the system are amazing! Well done Sunuser!! Great customer service:)

So helpful can't recommend them more. I have inherited a solar panel that heats hot water from a house I purchased. Absolutely no problems after 6 years. You can tell they are a company you can trust
