My family have had some difficult times due to loss /grief. Nina from Systemisk has worked with us as a family and performed EMDR as well as offered other forms of therapy. She treats everyone as an individual, is compassionate, caring and supportive. She is amazing and really helps you understand how and why we feel big feelings. Everyone needs a Nina from Systemisk in their lives, I just wish we could bottle her up so we could open her up and helps us through all the difficult times in our lives.

We asked Systemisk to lead a training for our staff around resilience. We were finding our wonderful Yoga Heroes would feel very safe in the studio and as such would open up to our employees, and so I wanted to ensure our employees have all the tools they need to be able to help staff, whether that be to listen or to signpost the hero to a more suitable resource, and then for our staff to be able to deal with what they’d heard without it taking an impact on their physical and mental health.
The whole experience was 10/10. It was simple to book a date in, Aiveen suggested a 10 minute call to ensure that her plan was what I had in mind (it was).
On the day, Aiveen led the training impeccably, the level and amount of content was spot on. It was thoroughly enjoyable but (more importantly) it was useful then, and is still very useful now, over six months on! Thank you Systemisk!
