I contacted Ashley back in the summer due to feeling unsupported by my current accountant, after a social media search. Right from the beginning Ashley was very accommodating and prompt with responses. Life got in the way and it was a few weeks before I got back in touch again to follow up my initial enquiry and once again Ashley was incredibly helpful and supportive, before I'd even officially 'signed him up' to be my accountant. After a couple of zoom calls and check ins with my last set of accounts, my Xero was up and running correctly and ready to be handed over for submitting my tax return - which was done within just a few days at a very reasonable price.
