Although I love the freedom of working for myself, working on your own can be a bit lonely so I wanted to join a group of other independents for support and collaboration.

Since joining the Talk HR Club, I’ve been blown away with the breadth of knowledge contained in the Club, and the support you get from everyone. If you have a question about anything, you can be sure someone will be able to help you!

The life of an independent Consultant can be a lonely one. It doesn’t need to be that way! The Talk HR Club is a great place for any people professional. A home from home for L&D professionals, coaches as well as HR peeps. It’s like a big warm hug on a cold winters day. Supportive, collaborative and so very friendly. We share the ups and the downs, we keep each other on track, motivated and we share ideas and best practice. Above all it’s full of understanding for the challenges we all face on a daily basis. We come together to share, to learn, to connect and to socialise. So many fabulous collaborations have been formed and I, for one, am proud to be an Ambassador of the Talk HR Club.

Being an independent consultant can be a lonely place where you feel you have to compete against other consultants. Talkhr is completely opposite. It is collaborative, warm and welcoming and feels like one being family that is there to reach out to with no judgements. After trying a number of different hr network groups I now feel like I am home.
