Dirty. Disgusting. But because the people working there helped us through a 30 hour unplanned layover, I'ma rate them 10 stars. The company though... BAD! SHAME! SHAAAAME!

I loved taking the Greyhound bus to my destination then back to my return home. It's true, there's no place like home! It's sure fun to get away though!!! Greyhound busses are comfortable to ride on, the personnel are always accommodating, ready to assist in any way. Never will you find sweeter Gentleman than Donald or John Moss, my bus drivers! They worked overtime to make sure each passenger was Safe, secure, and happy on their way down the dotted line. We came through rain storms, tornadoes, and never did they lose their cool.. they held the bus firmly on the road and onward we rolled. It was only because I have lived in "tornado alley" that I knew what was happening outside my window.
I would highly recommend taking the bus as a means of transportation. It is inexpensive, a fun way to meet new people, you see places you've never seen before and if you keep a great attitude, your altitude will be flying!
Tallahassee FL is a great stop, a wonderful place to layover a couple of hours, as a matter of fact...my bus didn't leave until 6pm, I arrived at 10 in the morning.. so I had a chance to observe the terminal most of the day. Security was attentive, the ticket agents were very helpful and kind. The restaurant opened and smelled wonderful with bacon and fried onions and the restrooms we're clean and well stocked, they smelled clean too!

Tallahassee bus station is the worst I have ever experienced. There was Mass confusion and disorganization. Employees screaming and cursing and fussing with good money paying passengers. In the midst of the confusion I missed my bus and had to pay more money for an already paid for trip. They had no compassion care of good customer service. I will never again ride GREYHOUND BUS! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER EVER VISIT TALLAHASSEE STATION AGAIN
