Drivers never wait for mothers with small children, especially the 72bus through Morda. Useless driver even seen the family runnin to bus stop, and still left them there!!. Thanks Tanat Valley Bus's 1/10 👎🏼

If I could I would give ZERO 5 stars to this company, especially for the T12 service.

I live in a very rural area and in the last year I have been on the receiving side of buses just driving passed me which has resulted in me now having to stand in the middle of the road in front of the bus to make sure it stops.

I have never found any of the drivers to be pleasant, I just get the impression that its a great hardship to stop and transport me into town even though I say please and thank you.

On several occasions they have made out that they have no idea where i wish to go because I haven't pronounced the Welsh word correctly even though they picked me up at the stop I wished to return to.

The latest is being talked to as a 5 year old, and here i am giving the benefit of doubt that the bell was faulty and not the driver ignoring it.

I requested my stop way before the required stop at the same place i always do seeing the 'stopping' sign light up I sat back waiting for my stop, only to see the driver sail passed said stop.

I then pressed a different bell as i made my way to the front of the bus to be met with a telling off for not pressing the bell before the required stop and when I stated that I had done so, I was met with a person who would not listen and argued when I stated i had pressed the bell before the stop and that bell was possibly not working. The driver would not listen to me or let me speak, to which I'm afraid to say I sunk to his level and shout back at him in order to make him aware what had happened and also to make him aware that the bell i used could be faulty. "Not possible, it's working" was the reply even though with cctv on the bus if watched would prove I had in fact pressed the bell.

There was no need for the way I was spoken to I must say that the X75 service is so much better than the T12, these drivers are always cheerful and very helpful and no doubt would have treated the situation very differently resulting in everyone acting as adults.

I have spoken to other people who have been passengers with T12 and also experience dissatisfaction with their service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and refer them to the X75 service every time for better service.

Those of you that have no other choice but to use the T12 my thoughts go out to you and hope you have a better experience.

I get the 79A regularly, I live in a fairly rural part of wales, I am sincerely thankful to the drivers making my life easier and providing an excellent service.

I have used the public services that Tanat Valley provide for many years and generally I find them to be extremely satifactory.

The buses are usually on time, are clean and pleasant to sit in, they are kept warm in the winter and as cool as possible during summer. The drivers are polite and cheerful and will do their best to answer any query you may have. The same is true when you ring the office to enquire about a bus time.

Once or twice due to break downs Tanat Valley has been unable to complete the journey they have began. When that has happened they have either hired taxis in order to get you home or had us picked up in cars by other staff members. It is very reassuring to know that when needed Tanat Valley will go the extra mile to get us where we need to be.

I also like the way in which you can pay so easily by card now. I find it very convenient.

I use the service to Oswestry and to Welshpool. While some of the drivers are great there are two who are ill mannered and unhelpful. But today takes the cake . The Welshpool bus left 10 minutes early. I saw it pulling out waved for it to wait but was ignored. The bus driver was a bearded chap. There was no way he didn’t see me.

5 star service. Staff here went above and beyond after our camper failed its MOT. They ensured it was fixed on the day to allow us to still get on our holiday! Couldn’t recommend our experience highly enough. Thank you again.
