I am very pleased with the exceptional service from TAX Affinity, especially from head accountant Andrew.

I’ve been with the Tolworth branch of Tax affinity for about 6 years now. Their customer service is always on point, and so helpful. I usually deal with head accountant Andrew, who always has the right advice for me in what’s best for my company.
Raza usually takes care of all services for me and is the most responsive, helpful and also patient, which is needed for me as I need extra explaining often. Raza takes extra time to make sure I know what’s happening, how and why, and I really appreciate it as it takes the scary feeling away from dealing with anything to do with tax. I’m very grateful, thank you!

After declining an offer to pay for a service I no longer needed, I have been inundated with reminded emails to pay an outstanding £468 bill. I have replied each and every time to say that I no longer require their services but each week I am ignored and sent this same reminder email. Maybe this review will help them notice my email and take me off of their mailing list.
