I had Spenser as my adviser and he found me a great mortgage. He answered all my questions and advised me on what he thought was best for me. Got a great deal with a top lender and saved me so much money on my monthly outgoings with a much better interest rate then I was currently paying. Also Jack Lam out the office was very helpful. Jack at TaylorMade finance was amazing. Not only did they make the whole process seamless and straight forward the knowledge that Jack had was second to none. He kept me updated (which I loved) at all times during the process, as we secured the interest rate early (went higher when completion was done) made all the difference. Would definitely refer Jack as the go to person if you need to renew your mortgage. Also, was a great customer service experience when Jack called to confirm the completion date making sure all was ok before going ahead. Will be doing all my renewals through Jack further down the years.
