I do not regret any of my time working as a recruiter for Tennial Personnel. I was always made to feel not only part of a team but part of a family. The management really does share the success of the business with everyone and it shows. I was always made to feel like it was not just his own business but mine as well.

Due to my limited experience in recruitment I don't have much to compare it to but what I can say is the treatment of temporary/agency workers was incredible. Not a single thing is overlooked during the process of finding someone work. The business prides it self as being the most professional and it really shows. I never once seen anybody being treated unfairly and everyone is given an opportunity to find employment.

I can only describe the treatment of staff to be excellent, I was regularly treated to lunch and coffees. In the office there are an abundance of amenities that are always supplied for.
Working hours and breaks are generous.

Unfortunately due to my own personal circumstance I had to leave but who knows what the future holds and I would not have to think twice about going back.

Tennial Personnel is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure to work for and it is ran by a meticulous and professional individual who strives for not only success for himself but for those around him and I wish him, his business and all the staff at Tennial Personnel great success for the future!

If there is a word to describe this agency then the word is horrible. The staff is all sweet and honey and after a while they are extremely rude. There are no ways you can have a normal conversation with them unless it’s on their own benefit. There are many workers but that’s only because they make contracts even if you don’t have an insurance number or anything else that a normal agency would ask for.
You don’t even deserve this one star I’m giving you. I wrote down a review because probably there are many more chances to listen to my opinion than when I met you guys in person.

You are completely wrong, you did work with me. But you just showed me again the way you take conclusions without even knowing who this account belongs to. It is not fake, I am a real person and I want to share my thoughts to others. You are blaming me for a “false statement” just because your agency is doing that for good reviews and now you think everyone is doing that. Think before talking! Don’t take people as fools.
