Inexperienced, aggressive dangerous drivers. Terry’s driver couldn’t control the bus from long distance didn’t see my tuition car and hit the back of my car which I had the big sign of my driving school after the accident the drivers were very rude and shouted at me and blamed me and lied that I didn’t give signal and we had an emergency brake.

I booked Terry's to take my guests on my wedding day and was recommended to them through friends and reviews online looked OK. It was easy to book and whoever I spoke to made the booking process easy. On the day, my guests advised the toilet was dirty on arrival in the AM and with a 2.5hr drive each way this was not helpful. The driver selected no tolls on the route so this meant he drove into central london to miss the Dartford Crossing (this added 1 hour onto the route). On this route the driver had to do a U-turn as there was a bridge which was too low for the coach. This eventually delayed my wedding even though Terry's knew when the coach needed to arrive for. We did complain and Terry's did offer a partial refund which I am grateful for but I wouldn't recommend to others.

The worst coach service I have ever experienced. We were given a coach which leaked water when it rained. Everyone and every seat in the top deck of the coach got wet. You can see the water on the floor in the pictures, members of our group with hoods up to keep dry, and tissues used to try to dry seats.

No refund nor even apology was forthcoming from the driver or the manager of the company. In fact, the driver - name Andy - was particularly rude and unprofessional. First, he was late, then he refused to give us a contact number, so there was no way to contact him directly for the rest of the day, he complained that our group was messy, because we had used tissues to try to dry the wet seats, and wouldn't turn on the lights inside the coach when we got back when we wanted to check if anyone had left anything in their seats, then attempting to drive off with passengers still on the coach when we insisted he turn on the lights to check (as with big groups often someone leaves something behind). My only explaination for this ridiculous and dangerous behaviour is that he didn't want us to take any more pictures of the digusting state of the coach (toilet also out of order by the way). Throughout the trip he was abusive to our group members, and purposefully unhelpful in every way possible.

Many drivers are bully’s on the road and this morning, I experienced a driver that clearly didn’t know how roundabouts worked, as he pulled out on me, causing me to emergency stop, in the middle of the roundabout, and slam my horn on. He had no clue what he had done wrong. Shocking, dangerous behaviour from people who’ve drive for a living!!

Driver wouldn't allow comfort stops on a 20+ hour journey. Was rude towards people. Was sexist against a relative saying"I do not work with women." Awful coach company with awful staff. Doesn't deserve a one star rating. Deserves no stars. Very poor company, wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Drivers go too fast and ignored a pedestrian crossing in Wolston, emailed the company and got zero response.......thats OK, the village cctv caught their driver on his phone hence why he didn't see me at the crossing. God help the kids on the buses that pick them up and take them home from school!
