Amaizing company with great drivers. The company has a passion to run the company properly and their doing it amazingly. Most of the reviews on here have no specification with no details so when people read the reviews, they just think that the company in general is bad which it isn't. People need to specify what time it was and licence plate, date ETC . But don't always believe reviews.

I wish I could give 0 star to this coach company. One of the worse experiences of my life. Booked online returned from Coventry to Southall first of all it is not a coach it’s a mini bus and definitely not an executive one. On my way back it was an old white van with no clear signs. Luckily I checked with someone and found it was the coach . Driver asked me if I had confirmed my return over the phone but I wasn’t made aware of it. He said he had no seats left as I did not inform them after paying my ticket that I was going for sure. Even after I showed him proof of payment and ticket. He then said he needed certain number from an email. This is coming from guy who was taking booking on the spot in cash and had used chairs to put luggage. I was there 20 minutes earlier than the coach was meant to leave. I ask him to remove the luggage he refused. Luckily my daughter managed to email me copy. So he had no choice but to let me on. He later on picked two more passengers from Slough and moved the luggage by the exit door. Health and safety means nothing to these guys.

Coach driver was not very co operative. Very hot day, no windows on the coach, AC was not working, the whole journey was awful! Raised concerns with the company. The individual was very rude, ignorant, discourteous and lacked customer service skills! Rather listening to us, they in turn challenged us to raise the concerns further, totally unacceptable and obnoxious behaviour! Would not recommend and will not be using this company again!

Went to a trip organised by Thandi executive coaches to Paris. Wouldnt say the trip went entirely as planned. Could have been better organised. Time keeping wasnt great. The food offered (buffet style) wasnt great.saying that we was offered a refund for one of the nights and went to nice pizza place instead.Hotel was very nice.Disney land paris was amazing 10 out of 10. Overall review the trip was great had lots of fun met some fabulous people which soften the blow to any mishaps. Would I travel with Thandi again ?, only if I was with the same group of people.

Assuming their service is as appalling as their driving, don’t touch with a barge pole. The drivers use their vehicles as weapons to intimidate other road users in the most aggressive manner, tailgating to within inches whilst persistently flashing headlights.

My Child uses this coach company for Sandwell academy we have to pay £500 per term for the privilege.During multiple lockdowns they still wanted payment even though the children were not in school, they then used threatening and bulling behaviour to say the child will lose there places if payment wasnt made! The staff are arrogant and rude. Today we have found out they have lost the contract after over a decade - Serves them right!
