I have attended a number of Madeleine’s trainings and I would highly recommend them to others. I particularly like Madeleine’s approach to training, which is very interactive. This interactive approach helps to keep you interested throughout, as well as giving you practical tips to take away and use. Since receiving training on referral skills with Madeleine, I have received better quality referrals and I have also been able to pass better quality referrals to fellow business owners and managers. There were a number of tips in the referral training session that I hadn’t previously thought of.

Coaching courses for managers and business owners come in many flavours, but the Accountability Club offered three things that appealed to me: simplicity, accessibility and affordability.
The Accountability Club delivered on these, but the actual outcome exceeded all expectations due to a happy coincidence - as the opportunity to double the size of my business happened during the programme, we had the chance to work it all out in real time!
I doubt I could have achieved all that, let alone had the confidence to grasp the nettle, without the support of Tim and Madeleine and my colleagues on the programme.
Tim and Madeleine are a powerful combination; opposite characters that have the ability to view each situation from their own perspective and interpret what they see in simple terms. They are both generous in spirit and will challenge you to do the things you habitually ignore or defer, but they will leave none of your requests or questions unanswered.
If you’ve never had any business coaching before, or can’t remember the last time you did, this is a good place to start. You will look forward to each monthly session and the course delegates will become firm friends with whom you can share the joys and trials of being in business.

After a discovery session with Tim in 2013, I decided to come on the Accountability Club to aid my business growth plans. 12-months on and I can honestly say it has turned out to be one of the best business decisions I have ever made. I have learnt more about business in the last year than I have in the previous 20!

Tim and Madeleine compliment each other superbly, each sharing their considerable expertise in the world of business. I have implemented so much of the fantastic advice and training in areas that include sales, marketing, building a team, systems, finances, time management and more.

The results are truly astounding. Our conversion rates have increased considerably; I have built a great team and understand how to value them and get the best out of them; I have personally improved by time management and have learnt to ask myself the important question “is this the best use of my time?” Furthermore, we have implemented highly efficient systems that have saved the company time and money.
