I had a great experience with The Best Connection this summer when my parents and I were on the job hunt. Finding work was tough, but we got in touch with Henry, one of their agents, who really went the extra mile to help us out.

Henry quickly set us up with accounts on the agency's website so we could easily enter our information and access our payslips. What impressed us most was how fast he got back to us with a bunch of job options tailored to our preferences.

Once we decided on a specific job, Henry made sure we had all the details we needed to get started right away. For me, it was my first job ever, and I didn't have the necessary steel-toed shoes and a hi-vis jacket. A simple text to Henry, and The Best Connection provided these items for free, which I truly appreciated.

Throughout the summer, Henry continued to support us until he moved on. This made my transition into the workforce incredibly smooth.

The only downside we've encountered is the long wait for our P45 forms. We've called twice, and they've explained that it's a lengthy process. Additionally, we've had trouble accessing the "printable P45" option on their website as it always seems to be blocked.

Overall, The Best Connection has been instrumental in helping my family secure employment during a challenging time, thanks to dedicated agents like Henry. Although there have been minor hiccups, I'm confident that they will continue to improve their P45 services.
