I had the absolute pleasure of being both a client and student of Sarah.

Sarah is incredibly insightful and challenging (in the best way) as a coach, and knowledgeable and engaging as a teacher. She is so inspiring and with her, you know you always know, you are in safe hands.

Sarah has a lovely ‘style’ about her, she is calm, she is engaging, she is interested (and interesting), she stretches you to enable you to grow and authentically celebrates every achievement with you.

Sarah is very skilled in her craft, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her either as a coach or as someone to help you continue to develop your skills as coach.

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah over the past three months to enhance my professional skills and growth. Sarah's approach is both insightful and supportive, making every session profoundly impactful. Her ability to listen deeply and ask thought-provoking questions consistently helped me uncover new perspectives and actionable solutions to the challenges I faced. I highly recommend her coaching services to anyone looking to elevate their professional trajectory.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this week. Not only has it helped me as a coach but I have grown so much as a person.

I have shared, reflected, networked and most importantly, respected Rebecca and Sarah so much for allowing me to have a safe space.

I could not have thought of any other way to spend my 10am mornings. Even on a Friday I was excited and that is a testament to the amazing Rebecca and Sarah.

Please come to anything they do or offer. Nothing is too much and you will always see smiles in a supportive space 🙂

This week as been in celebration if ICW and has been a great opportunity to get to know Sarah and Rebecca, connect with other professional coaches and learn, in particular about supervision.
I found Sarah and Rebecca so genuine and friendly. They didn't apologise for the fact that they were promoting The Coaching Catalysts Collective but also gave excellent training and insight which added value to the week.
I love that they are not afraid to show when they get things wrong (especially tech), and laugh about it!! Most importantly to me, I believe I can trust them.

What The Coaching Catalysts (Sarah and Rebecca) offer is unique and in an unregulated industry like coaching is something that is very much needed. They strike the balance right by offering free tasters of their learning and supervision with the option to upgrade to one of their other services or pay as you go. This makes their offering inclusive to those who may not be able to afford full services or are just starting out on their coaching journey.

I recently attended their free supervision experience week and it gave me the chance to learn, enhance my coaching practice and build my network further. As former teachers they are able to create a programme that is varied, interactive and enjoyable. More so, they are both down to earth and not afraid to share the realities of being a self-employed coach.

I can't wait to see what's coming next from The Coaching Catalysts!

If you are looking for quality content and inclusive sessions, CC are maybe not the company for you. The experience week was mostly just break out rooms, no taught content (unlike other providers) with questions like ‘what’s your favourite coaching question’. How can someone who is new to coaching answer this and actually, the same for a more experienced coach. We should be responding to individual clients. Not very inclusive or encouraging and often ended up with one person trying to chair a session to keep any flow going. For a more personal and inclusive approach and much more depth to the content you will cover, try a company such as Optimus coaching instead.

Such an incredible positive, supportive group to be part of! As a coach in training, I cannot put a price on the huge value gained from both Sarah & Rebecca. Such an incredible wealth of knowledge, experience and genuine desire to support us on our journey. The wonderful masterclasses, networking and opportunities to learn from all the other members are all huge bonuses too! Can't recommend highly enough!
