MASSAGE: We moved to Selsey last year and first went to Lyndsey when we were in need of a good massage - and it was really good! We had both been missing the regular massages we had in our old home town, prior to moving here, and are happy to have found her!
PILATES: I had also been missing my old Pilates classes and am now enjoying those at The Coastal Clinic. This little studio is a real gem and Lyndsey really knows her stuff!

I highly recommend the coastal clinic , Lyndsey is Amazing . I started to see Lyndsey when marathon training & getting lower back pain on my longer runs also my calf’s were very tight . I could feel the difference immediately & have not had any back pain at all since . Lyndsey really knows her stuff I wouldn’t see anyone else now . She’s also a lovely friendly lady 😁

Fantastic sports deep tissue massage. Lyndsey takes the time to work with you to find out what you need and then gets to work on you! Excellent service, located upstairs in dream fitness. Thoroughly recommend!
