Adrian is a truly gifted individual and when you throw in the mix all his experience you are sure to come out with very professional results every time.
We arranged a photo shoot with Adrian to compile a bank of professional photos of our food for marketing use. He turned our dining room into what looked like a 5 Star restaurant with very clever lighting techniques and made the food look mouth-wateringly good too. Adrian, at The Light Direction, came very highly recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful photographs he took for my holiday cottage website. He is a pleasure to work with and, rather than just producing a set of 'professional photographs', he really listened to what I needed and was hoping to achieve. He works hard to ensure that every detail is perfect. On a rather dreary Winter's day, he used clever external lighting to ensure that the cottage was 'bathed in sunlight'. End result some great photos! To get there it was easy to work with Adrian, he listened to what we wanted & across the board, close up food shots, indoor scenes & outdoor scenes they've all worked. He was even able to come out & take the outdoor shots on a lovely autumnal day between the deluges!

It was a pleasure to work with Adrian on the Glen Grant commercial drama. He is a very experienced DoP. Not only was he DoP, but he recorded audio onboard the camera too. He also graded the footage in post too! I learned a lot from him and look forward to working with him again in the future - hopefully in Speyside. He is quite the wizard behind the lens.
