We have used the mortgage shop for over 15 years and they are brilliant. Great communication and offer good advice annd solved problems for us. We are very grateful to them , Even though we live in Dorset it hasn’t been a problem because we communicate through phone , post email and even fax. I don’t think I’m alone by sitting at home dreading the new interest rates, and worrying that my mortgage is coming to the end of its low fixed rate!
Mortgages are a mine field, and can easily go wrong without the right knowledge and correct input when applying.
After being recommended by someone I trust, I was given Mandy’s number at Exeter Mortgage Shop.
Immediately I always think of £ signs when using someone who specialise in certain areas, but I feel it was worth every penny.

Mandy is very knowledgeable, great to talk to, and managed to guide us through our remortgage without causing any stress at all!

I can’t recommend her enough, and will certainly go out of my way to help others by guiding them to her!
