Working with Ben and Harvey at the Movement Blueprint was an exceptional experience as I sought to push my limits and tackle a marathon. Their unparalleled attention to detail and guidance helped me transform from someone who had never run more than 5km, due to playing rugby, to comfortably conquering 15km. Not only did my endurance improve, but my strength also saw significant gains, with personal bests leading up to the marathon and successfully completing the Manchester Marathon. I cannot commend the coaching and expertise of the team enough, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services for coaching.

I have been with team MBP for around four years and have recently switched from the PERFORM programme to the Strong Runners Blueprint after securing a spot in the London Marathon. I am not a huge runner, and if I have ever done a running event (Hyrox or a half marathon in 2022), I have never tailored my strength training to support this. But with a marathon, I knew I would have to alter my training to ensure I was training optimally and hopefully prevent injuries.

I knew I could trust MBP to get me across that finish line last Sunday, and throughout the whole 16 weeks of marathon training, I did not have to miss one run or training session from injury. My body felt strong, and I felt confident I could complete the 26.2 miles, thanks to the programme designed by Ben and the sheer amount of informative tips and tricks he sent in the programme's group chat. Three days post-marathon, and not only do I feel pretty fresh, but I feel even more motivated to push myself further to see what I can achieve.

Thank you to MBP for being a constant source of inspiration with all the amazing things Harvey, Sarah, Ben, and Luke achieve. But also, shout out to the incredible MBP community, who are also pushing the boundaries and making me want to try even harder next time!

The team gave me the confidence to enter Turf Games which has only made me want to push myself further signing on for another year on the Perform programme

Working with Ben for a couple of years, starting with the nutrition front and then moving on to full 1-1 training.

It was the most bespoke plan I’ve ever had, and the approach with nutrition was refreshing but also exactly what I needed.

I am sure all the trainers are the same, but I can speak to the fact that Ben was a legend throughout, always on hand for questions, and was willing to adapt and change things up on the spot if he knew they were not working - which was key for me going through balancing study and work at times.

Seeing a trainer consistently work forward their own achievements alongside coaching you is a factor I didn’t really ever take into account, but it gives you motivation to look for a goal yourself, and also is first hand knowledge that you are getting accurate and evidence based advice.

If you can, and want to up your game in training, running, nutrition, or just want some epic oat recipes - get yourself onto one of the programmes!

MBP are the best in the game! I am a right leg amputee and decided to take on my first marathon. I was struggling physically, lost in direction and had many problems occur which left me in a wheelchair. Due to the coaching, support, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly to my ever-changing needs, I was able to run the marathon! I couldn't be more grateful to MBP and my coach Ben! Ben is incredible at what he does, extremely passionate and approaches coaching in a very kind and non-judgmental way. Thank you for making my dream happen!

Harvey and team brought a very positive attitude to the CPD training that we did. Focussing on lower limb mechanics and strength along with programming. Very professional and bring up to date training methods which can be directly applied practice. Tailored the sessions to what you want to focus on, with meetings leading up to the day to ensure everything is sorted and a plan is in place.

I’ve been a 1-2-1 online client with movement blueprint for a year now & my performance has never been better. In the past 10 months I’ve competed at Hyrox, Turf games, dri athlon & 10k run x4.
