We bought our new house through The New Homes Group as the lady selling did a part-exchange so her house dropped in price and was sold through these guys and then via a local estate agent.
Initially we had Chloe deal with us. She was beyond lovely! I hassled her with all sorts of questions and I'm sure annoying the process! Chloe explained everything until I understood it all and supported us if we wanted to put in a later new offer which could have delayed the process.
After being accepted on the house, we then has Jess as our cade holder. She was also lovely and just SO quick at finding out information and keeping us updated!! She also helped with questions on our sale as our solicitors sometimes couldn't be reached or they couldn't contact our buyers etc. She just cracked straight on it and rang us straight back with the needed information!
We also used their suggested solicitor (Taylor Rose) and the communication they had between them was brilliant and worth the extra pennies to get the sale done smoothly! Definitely recommend!
