I found Leading with Change: Leading with Motivational Intelligence to be life-changing.

With a biology background, I was drawn in from the first moment by neuroscience and had never considered the psychological impacts of our primordial neural pathways in shaping our success.

I have really enjoyed the Growth Leadership Programme. I have already noticed a huge difference in both my personal and professional life by applying the tools and tips offered in this course. The group sessions are great for hearing from different businesses and sharing ideas or coming up with solutions as a joint team. The 1-1 coaching sessions with Nicky was really where I noticed a difference, I was able to highlight areas that I work well in and areas where I could improve on, I could set goals and really see my own progress. Nicky is excellent at what she does and really encouraged me to see my full potential. By being able to build on my skills and weed out where I really could support myself, I was able to really identify ways I could make the biggest impact. This leadership course has been a real eye-opener for me. At first, I was not sure what to expect. I have never done anything like this before and was not aware that I needed it. But as the course went on, I realized how much I could learn about being a better leader and improving my mindset.
