I deeply regret ever engaging with this company. They market themselves as a professional cash-buying service promising fast sales and completions “in as little as 7 days” ... In reality, it’s been nearly three months, and I’m no closer to a deal than I was on day one.
After completing all the required steps on my side, granting access for viewings and surveys, submitting paperwork, and accepting a significantly reduced offer, communication abruptly stopped. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, all ignored. When I finally managed to get through to someone weeks later, the update was vague at best, with a promise that someone would call me “the same day” with a final decision. That was over a week ago and still nothing.
The most frustrating part is how this company seems to exploit sellers in difficult situations, deliberately dragging things out to force a lower price. I feel strung along, misled, and utterly disrespected.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your time, lose money, and be left in limbo with zero transparency or professionalism.

Was torn between no star or one star, but gave them one star as they did sell the house (plus I can’t post unless I give them a star…), but in hindsight it was the low price of the house sale that ultimately sold the house.

The initial interaction was quite proactive, however it all fell apart when they started marketing our property. They uploaded our house to the market with multiple duplicate, poor quality pictures and no picture of the master bedroom. I had to take my own pictures and send them to the company to make sure they were included. They seemed irritated at having to do this.

When we did sell our house, we heard nothing from them. Not one bit of contact for an update on sale progression. I had to get in contact with EA to get an adjustment on my memorandum of sale, and it took several attempts to actually get someone to reply to me and sort the issue out. Phone calls and emails constantly ignored. No communication regarding our completion date or passing over keys. So we ended up just winging it on the day and thankfully had my buyers contact number so we could communicate directly.

So if you want to pay a company for the privilege of selling your house and managing the whole process by yourself then go with the property buying company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I was called back in an attempt to rectify an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, it seems as I suspected (although though everyone deserves a second chance) this company only cared about their name and not to actually help me in regards to my house sale or my experience. I will definitely not be dealing with them again. Please don't bother calling me again as I wont bother speaking to anyone this time. Edit- I have decided to just block your numbers to avoid multiple spam calls. I feel minimum of 2 months of my time has been wasted and no sale in sight.

Having been in the industry for many years, finding good, reliable people to make your projects come together is hard. When I started working with Rus, he just understood. Since, we have worked on countless projects and everything has been done to an incredible standard with a deadline in mind. The communication and overall service has been spectacular. Disappointed…I contacted this company for a quick sale on mums house. I gave them the valuations from the estate agents, we agreed a price which was £45-£50k below the valuations.
The process commenced at the beginning of December and it was very proactive with different people calling me to introduce themselves.
We completed the agreement and I returned all of the relevant sale documents promptly.
I was told the sale should be completed mid Jan due to the holiday period. The surveyor didn’t see the property until 14th Jan, I was ok with all of this.
However it goes downhill quickly from here. I wanted to start clearing the house and so tried to contact both people whom I had previously spoken with. I left multiple messages on their answerphones, spoke to the office twice and they promised someone would call me back. I should have realised that there was an issue at this point.
Eventually several days later I received a call…and was told that the it had gone to the underwriters and that was all. I explained why I wanted to speak with someone and they didn’t give me any idea of dates or any indication of a problem.
I therefore arranged for some family members to help me clear the house.
A week later I received a call from the same person basically saying that the property isn’t worth what we agreed and the surveyor had valued it £40k less than the estate agents.
To be succinct, they offered me £35k less than the original price we agreed or to sell it for me at the price we had originally agreed which is ridiculous as I would get more than this through an agent.
I’m now left with a house that is completely empty and have to go back to the open market. An absolute waste of 2 months.
