It's a tricky process to explain, not helped by the fact that it's going to be different for everyone.
I have become more relaxed about what would have been tense/worrying situations in the past and more focussed upon where I'm heading.
I have had a number of sessions with Martin, including a three-day intensive course which really got into some topics that I hadn't thought were bothering me at all, only to find out that I now want to move away from them.
Martin has essentially helped me to change the way I see things, both personally and professionally! I can't think of a more useful conversation to have - the earlier the better too! 🙂
