A lovely setting to work out. Being outside enjoying the nature or inside using a great range of machines and equipment. My wife and I have had PT sessions there and Chris & the team cater for our different fitness needs & goals.
I’ve also attended one of the bootcamp classes and it was friendly, inclusive and nice to meet others in a relaxed environment - with no pressure, no judgment or expectations. I’ve personally found Chris can help me get the best out of myself. Contact them to book a class, you won’t regret it.

What a great addition to the area! Chris and the Training Ground are perfect if you want to achieve your goals but find gyms intimidating! I approached Chris when I was at my lowest, I couldn’t go to a gym as I was too anxious and embarrassed to be at a gym while I was overweight but his PT sessions gave me exactly what I needed in the most supportive environment! Two years ago I was too nervous to go to the gym but fast forward to now with Chris & The Training Grounds help I’ve lost two stone, gained so much confidence and even run a marathon!

My personal experience of working with Chris resulted in being in the best shape ive been in since my late teens 17 stone to 14.5 in just over a year ! .I found the one to one PT sessions with Chris pushed me to do more and his nutritional help made me rethink my bad eating habits and its made a big difference to my health, i also attended his Bootcamps which were great fun and met new people along the way .
Im looking forward to getting back into working out with Chris @ The Training Ground its a great set up

A Fantastic place for one hell Of a workout. Chris is an incredible trainer with a huge amount of knowledge. I have trained with Chris for over 2 years now and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to push themselves outside their comfort zone, loose weight and keep it off! The Training ground offers a range of classes that are suitable for any fitness level whether you’re just starting out or have been training for a while there is something for everyone. I can’t wait for my next session.

Such a brilliant place to workout!! So nice being in the outdoors in such a beautiful setting. Chris is a great instructor and knows exactly what you need to get you to where you want to be and is great at getting you to push your limits too.
The classes are great fun and it’s an added bonus that I’m able to bring the kids along during the holidays!

Chris is a brilliant trainer, his sessions are fun, relaxed, but hard work in the best, most rewarding way! He mixes up what we work on so the sessions are always interesting and varied. I always come away feeling like I've pushed myself thanks to Chris' encouragement and enthusiasm for getting the best out of people. 100% recommend!

Great place to workout, lovely to be outside in the fresh air, there is also a great variety of machines and equipment inside the gym. My PT session are great fun though hard work in the best way and I always leave feeling motivated and strong, Chris knows how to get the best out of you and help you achieve your goals. It is also kid friendly too I have been able to take my daughter with me. Absolutely recommend, book in for PT or one of the classes, you won't regret it!
