I was given the Gift Coaching Voucher by my partner for Bruna’s career coaching. Having never done any career coaching before I was not sure what to expect, and found the experience both informative and useful. Bruna made the session very enjoyable and easy to digest for me as a newcomer! She is friendly in her approach and is quite clearly very knowledgeable. I appreciated her ability to interpret my (not always coherent!) thought processes as well as guiding me to explore more deeply various aspects of these thoughts I had not previously done so. Bruna’s scientific-based approach to coaching helped with providing a tangible link between the various concepts we discussed and the reasons why people are inclined to think or interpret information in certain ways. I certainly found this useful when subsequently digesting the topic we covered in our session. Overall I came away from the session with a useful set of tools to reshape my career - not something I would have had otherwise!
