At my time of being overwhelmed with grief Paul and Nettie have been my life line. After my first visit to Paul I felt a whole weight had been lifted off my shoulders, Paul was very clear in what we needed to do to sort my situation. I really don’t know what I would have done without them. I went to the office as it is based in Stoney Stanton and was the easiest for me to get to.

To hear that the office is being closed, I am devastated. I believe it’s all about the customer experience and mine has been fantastic, so why would you change this?
