Called them for a friend's will & Powers of Attorney after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Hayley was kind & helpful whilst taking intial instruction by phone & Bob the owner came out to her home putting her at ease during difficult time. Rang up to discuss my mom's power of attorney after not receiving a call back after being told it would be looked into over a month ago to speak to a lady she was very rude no compassion there even after I told her my mother had passed away
She wouldn't let me speak and was very abrupt rude
I wouldn't recommend this company as there customer service is very poor and looking into and getting back to you about something they had done or supposed to have done for my late mother regarding her power of attorney
