We used Marcus as our broker. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was absolutely amazing. Always polite, friendly and helpful. He works really hard and is excellent at his job. He got us a great deal and was always so clear, open, honest and he went above and beyond to help us get the mortgage for our dream home. Amazing customer service from start to finish!! Both Ed and Melanie are great!
We are purchasing a new build and before speaking with Ed, we were using another mortgage advisor but it soon become clear that Threshold Mortgages are experts in first time homes and i am so glad we decided to go with them for our mortgage advisor!
Ed made us feel super comfortable from the start and explained everything in great detail answering any questions we may have. We had a slight hiccup with our application but Ed was fast to sort this and get everything on the right path. Melanie was great at getting all our admin done and was super fast at processing our mortgage application and keeping us informed every step!

Marcus, Carol and the entire team have been absolutely top quality for the entire process.
