After a brief chat with Angus I knew he was the person that we had been searching for to help get our business back on track. Angus is calm, collected and a quick thinker who has an answer for everything (in the absolute best way!) He helped myself and my business partner get clear on our vision and really focus in on what we could do to get there. He helped us create a roadmap that detailed how we were going to achieve the impossible and we have never looked back! We normally tackle things at 100mph but Angus showed us how to prioritise and slow down to really nail each fundamental step of his plan. I was a little sceptical about bringing in someone to help me take my business to where I believed it could go. I assumed that if I couldn’t get it there, that nobody else would be able to help. I am delighted to say that I was 100% wrong and after a recommendation, I called Angus and we spent 15 minutes talking through a few things that had been exercising my mind and he just got it. He was confident that he could help me and that gave me confidence. I initially booked a 6 month programme with him and 3 years on, we are still working together and my business continues to go from strength to strength. I have found more time for myself and my family which was my main objective, my business and its staff runs itself effectively when I’m not around and the whole process has given me a sounding board and someone to keep me focused and accountable for my time.
