Terrible service, disgusting attitude towards customers. I brought them two pairs of shoes. On one of the sneakers I needed to sew a new loop for the laces, these "professionals" absolutely without bothering themselves smeared superglue and somehow glued the loop to the inner wall of the sneaker. On the second sneakers the sole came unglued. All that needed to be done was to apply glue to the sole along the entire length of the unglued area and press. Instead, I received sneakers with the same unglued sole as I brought them initially. When I returned my shoes to fix it, I was told that they would redo everything. The next day I picked them up and saw that the sole was still not glued properly and all the sneakers were smeared with glue. The girl who gave them to me spoke to me like a worthless person because I was not satisfied with their "quality". This is the most disgusting service I have ever received. Visited your store 28th May and was served by Michelle. Michelle was so helpful even although the shop was very busy, she took time to let customers know she will be with them soon. She is certainly a hard working young lady and an asset to your business. She even managed to get my shoes heeled and another pair dyed all within an hour as I don't live in Elgin as well as the shop being so busy. Lovely caring, polite and very helpful.

Popped in to get a pair of dance shoes re-heeled and found myself 3rd in the queue. Didn't have to wait long though as everyone was dealt with very efficiently. Expected to be told it would be a couple of hours but instead I was told I could come back in 45 mins. Great service and very reasonable at £11. Would certainly recommend.

A great place, 2 keys cut quickly, they were a bit over sized, a knowledgeable and helpful assistant quickly remedied the issue and resolved the issue. Great value and great service.

Visited Timpsons again and got Michelle what a lovely, helpful and friendly lass. She turned my old boots into a pair that now looks brand new ☺️
