Working with a mutual client, Becca ran an indepth consultation where she shared her knowledge on nutrition, sleep and healthy living. She is helping the client to think about their habits and improve the quality of foods they choose, in a way that has been wholly reassuring and nurturing for the individual - respecting and honouring their needs and capability. Becca is highly knowledgeable in her field and is so personable, she really knows how to make everyone in the room feel so comfortable. Attending her hour workshop, all about health and hormones, I felt I had been part of a full day masterclass! Becca helped me understand the importance of including different food groups in my diet and the impact this can have upon my health. I so appreciate the advice she gave me as I’m vegan ( and also gluten free) so this can be a bit tricky to navigate. I now feel I understand better about what is beneficial to my health and how I can achieve my daily protein goals.

Becca’s knowledge is priceless and also very eye opening. I have and will continue to spread awareness around wellness to friends and family especially around hormonal changes for women during menopause and perimenopause and the ups and downs that come with this and why. Becca ran an amazing workshop about Finding Balance which helped me see the significance of the aspects of our lives which affect our hormones. It was a comprehensive look at the factors and some of the biology behind it.
As someone who has struggled with poor sleep for over four years, it was a real eye opening session and I’m looking forward to seeing results as I start to make some changes in diet and lifestyle.
