Thomas from TJM Financial Solutions was brilliant at helping us to find and secure a mortgage when we were buying our new home. We met with him several times over a couple of weeks, to ensure we had all the information we needed, and so he could advise the best options for us. Thomas took the time to understand what our preferences were, including the opportunity to make over payments, and clearly explained the application process to us. He left us with all the paperwork we needed, so we could read through our options in our own time. Thomas was happy to answer any further questions we had and was always quick to reply to any messages/emails we sent. He made it uncomplicated, there was no pressure from him, and he worked within our timeframes (which as professionals with a busy family, was appreciated).

Due to some complications with the chain, our sale/purchase took longer than we anticipated, and Thomas was great; he reassured us that we could extend our application if required, and was more than happy to undertake the relevant work. In addition, in the time that it took for our sale/purchase to complete, the interest rates decreased, meaning that there were better rate products on the market. Thomas took the time to update us on this, and applied for a product which was at a better rate than what we had previously agreed to, and we were delighted to get a mortgage offer at a better (lower) rate.

We would highly recommend TJM when taking out a mortgage/remortgaging.
