YAB (which should stand for Your Amazing Backup, but doesn't) is a breath of fresh air for business owners and a lifeline to your sanity.

Being a business owner is a lonely vocation, often with nobody to talk to when things go wrong, or if you have an idea to test. YAB is a comfort blanket for when you need support the most.

What can I say about it that will do it justice, other than it's a safe space for a business owner to air their problems and receive support and advice from other business owners - many who will have been through the same problems you're having.

Each session (for which there are many) revolves around fixing a problem for someone in the room, which could be you, but you're never pressured into being the focus of the spotlight. Each problem is then discussed and collective guidance is provided by everyone present - it's up to you if you decide to the act or not.

In my case I was at a cross roads with my business identity and YAB gave me clarity on what my proposition was to be.
