I spent a residential NVC retreat in Sussex/UK with Tracy recently. I found the experience valuable and stimulating. Tracy led us through a great mixture of NVC sessions, exercises and dance/movement sessions, all guided skillfully and fluently. Time flew by and I hope to attend another workshop soon.

I've just completed the foundation stage NVC training with Tracy and found it to be a really enlightening experience. I have spent the better part of a year listening to podcasts, reading books and practicing with friends and family, but this course really helped to embed that prior understanding and allow me to connect more naturally with the 'NVC mindset'. I found the way that Tracy shared elements of her own experience really helped me to accept the parts of myself that I have historically 'shushed' and pushed away. It's left me feeling greater contentment and acceptance of myself as well as excited to explore more with Tracy's embodied NVC course in person!

NVC level 1 was very good , Tracy was fabulous teacher. But 4 hours each session was too much to absorb and would be more helpful if session duration was shorter and spread out over more weeks.Thanks

Tracy's facilitation and training approach is wonderful. She brings the components of Nonviolent Communication together in a helpful way. I felt at ease in the group and seen by Tracy. Learning NVC over 6 online sessions was a great anchor in the middle of my week. I really recommend her foundational training for anyone wanting to learn and practice the core ideas around NVC.
