I have had four sessions now with Tracy over a period of 6 months each session carefully chosen to answer 4 life questions the last being how to deal with Negative Vampires. As an NLP practitioner myself and Coach you may well ask why I can't heal myself however as a true believer in the power of this Change Work I needed to be able to work on a sub conscious level to reach the right path and receive the right amount of motivation.

My goals were to set myself free on a journey beyond the one I'd finally reached that is moving to a Greek Island, Building a House and adapt to widowhood. Moving to a Greek Island during the Covid Years had its challenges and after the loss of my last Cat of eighteen years I was finally free to do.......what?

Well with Tracy's skillset, rapport, sense of humour and challenge I've been able to start my travelling adventures. My quest for Melton Mowbray Pork pies, Toby Carvery's, walks in the woods and along river banks. I now know where I want to travel to and who with but more importantly who to leave behind and how to step away. My Negative Vampires are work in progress and I'm sure the next time I reach another life changing decision Tracy will magically appear and spin her magic.

I have recently completed the NLP Practitioners course with Tracy Ward. What an experience! We learned so much about ourselves in a safe, nurturing, supportive environment. We learned about our self-imagined/imposed limitations, how to understand other people's points of view, and strategies to enable us to understand and control our reactions to situations. There was a such a lot of content, but we never felt rushed, there was always time to travel down unexpected avenues! I thought long and hard about booking the course, as on first impression the cost seemed scary to me in my current circumstances, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny, and very good value for money indeed with everything that is included. Tracy's support is amazing. I am still absorbing what I have learned, but thanks to the course I am looking into moving house and have also re-started my reflexology practice, which has been on hold for almost 2 years. I am looking forward to exploring how else NLP can enhance my life, and those of others. I can't thank Tracy enough!
