I successfully completed the government funded SIA Course with Training Strategies in November. Part of their job is to pay for the SIA badge. And months later this has still not happened. I will update this review when they do.

Completed the SIA training course with TSL 8 months ago, they still haven't paid for my badge like they were meant to, had been contacting them through multiple different avenues and they just kept me on the hook waiting for them to go through with their part of the contract and they never did. Do not train with this company, either they're embezzling their funds or the company is going under. Absolutely disgraceful, I managed to get my licence paid so I'm able to finally start work in the security sector. If they had just told me MONTHS ago they wouldn't be paying for my license I would of gotten it done sooner. Awful company, awful customer service.

Passed Sia funded course in may, told it would be 2.montha for Sia badge.
Took 5 weeks for results to be completed. Bow they saying another 8 weeks to pay for badge and then another 3 weeks for Sia checks.

I may be lucky if I get it in sept. According to some other posts not likely. It already cost me 2k in jobs

I have just finished our customer service training, first aid & SIA course it’s taken over 6 weeks to complete, with it going over the Christmas break, but we were kept informed constantly. A big thank you to Tom who did the first part & Salman that completed the SIA training they were very patient with the group & very understanding. I would highly recommend this company 😊👍🏽
